Drafting corporate policies and an employee handbook

As part of their responsibilities, human resources and labour relations professionals are sometimes called upon to establish corporate policies. They must have a clear grasp of the issues related to the development, distribution and implementation of these policies. This training workshop, which primarily focuses on non-unionized companies, is designed to provide all participants with several policy templates and to clarify the associated legal constraints. It is intended for labour relations professionals who have less than 5 years’ experience or who want to review some of the policies in place.

Training sessions costs:

  • 2-hour training session: $225 plus taxes per person
  • Half-day training session: $395 plus taxes per person
  • Full-day training session: $595 plus taxes per person (only the Negotiating a Collective Agreement and Writing a Collective Agreement workshops are at a cost of $775 plus taxes per person)
  • 2-day training session: $1,100 plus taxes per person for 2-day session (only the Negotiating and Writing a Collective Agreement workshop is at a cost of $1,350 plus taxes per person)

Conditions: Registration fees are payable in advance to the order of Groupe Le Corre & Associés inc. at same address. Registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation less than 8 calendar days prior to workshop. No notice is required to transfer the session(s) to a colleague.
