Managing psychological harassment complaints is a very delicate process, often fraught with numerous obstacles. It is imperative that the designated investigating officer should have the necessary qualifications and tools to overcome such obstacles. This workshop is based on our experience over the past years, with abundant references to case-law.

Training sessions costs:

  • 2-hour training session: $225 plus taxes per person
  • Half-day training session: $395 plus taxes per person
  • Full-day training session: $595 plus taxes per person (only the Negotiating a Collective Agreement and Writing a Collective Agreement workshops are at a cost of $775 plus taxes per person)
  • 2-day training session: $1,100 plus taxes per person for 2-day session (only the Negotiating and Writing a Collective Agreement workshop is at a cost of $1,350 plus taxes per person)
