She advises and represents employers before administrative bodies and tribunals, as well as before the courts. Ms. Lefebvre also negotiates collective agreements and handles grievance arbitration. She also has solid experience in occupational health and safety law. She acts on behalf of employers in matters of prevention, compensation and financing of the plan, and represents them before the CNESST, the Tribunal administratif du travail and the Court of Québec (in penal matters). She is frequently consulted on issues relating to psychological or sexual harassment in the workplace, the management of absenteeism and disability, the protection of human rights and freedoms and of personal information in the workplace, as well as on questions of reasonable accommodation.

Since 2019, Me Lefebvre has been secretary and member of the board of directors of the FEMINA FOUNDATION, a charitable organization whose mission is to support shelters for women victims of domestic violence, by increasing their financial and material resources.
To the exclusive service of employers, Le Corre offers training workshops and publications on subjects solely pertaining to labour law. Both these tools help managers and human resources professionals to deal more effectively with the daily legal framework of their businesses.
