Any ruling by the Tribunal administratif du travail (TAT), division santé et sécurité du travail (previously the CLP) can have significant consequences for your company. Since the TAT, division SST, makes the final decision regarding challenges by the parties, you will not get a second chance to submit convincing evidence. Preparation is the key to success.
