In Quebec, there are several laws governing the different aspects of the employer/employee relationship. From time of hiring to termination of employment, employers find themselves subjected to court-imposed rules that are often hard to reconcile with such objectives as efficiency and productivity. You will be introduced to the concepts and rules applicable at time of hiring, during employment and upon termination of employment, as illustrated by means of concrete examples.

Training sessions costs:

2-hour training session: $255 plus taxes per person

Half-day training session: $395 plus taxes per person (Politique et manuel d'employés : bien rédiger pour bien gérer workshop is at a cost of $450 plus taxes including the book)

Full-day training session: $595 plus taxes per person (only the Negotiating a Collective Agreement and Writing a Collective Agreement workshops are at a cost of $775 plus taxes per person)

2-day training session: $1,100 plus taxes per person for 2-day session (only the Negotiating and Writing a Collective Agreement workshop is at a cost of $1,350 plus taxes per person)

Conditions: Registration fees are payable in advance to the order of Groupe Le Corre & Associés inc. at same address. Registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation less than 8 calendar days prior to workshop. No notice is required to transfer the session(s) to a colleague.
